Smart Blend

If the Smart Control is supplemented by the SmartBlend device, it is not only possible to monitor the status. In conjunction with the central cooling lubricant supply, the cooling lubricants are also continuously regulated. Water, concentrates and additives are added as required, depending on the fluid concentration and pH value. SmartBlend therefore ensures that the fluid condition remains as close to ideal as possible. Previously unavoidable manual tasks, such as refilling water and adding additives, are no longer necessary. This relieves staff of routine tasks. This gives the specialists more time and capacity to concentrate on their productive work. In addition, the workload and costs for external laboratory tests are eliminated.
