Pilot valves
The pilot control valves are 4/3-way valves. They are primarily designed for operating larger valves, particularly as part of the electrohydraulic control system.
A flanged-on solenoid converts electrical energy into mechanical energy via a magnetic coil with plunger which, in turn, actuates the directional control valves. Hydraulic control systems can thus be indirectly electrically controlled. This feature is the one permitting an effective connection to our shield control units and an automation of the mining operation.
