Coal Cam

The CoalCam is an advanced camera system designed for monitoring hazardous areas. It is particularly suited for underground mining spaces, where the risk to operating personnel near mining machinery is especially high.

The camera system has diverse applications, including conveyor transitions, area monitoring, and various types of drives. Particularly, continuous miners and both partial and full-face cutting machines pose significant risks to personnel.

Each CoalCam is equipped with two lenses set at a 90° angle, allowing a single camera to cover nearly a 180° field of view.

Image data can be transmitted via fiber optics, Wi-Fi, or Single Pair Ethernet.
